TERMS OF REAL ESTATE:  If “Sold as a Whole”, the Successful Bidder will deposit down on the day of sale 5% of the contract purchase price (except for exempt entities) in the form of cash, cashier’s check or approved personal check or company check with bank letter of guarantee (no bank drafts).  (The deposit will be 10% if “ Sold in Tracts”.)
