Swalls. Any prospective Buyer (bidder) must file, with Johnny Swalls
prior to auction, a bank letter of credit stating that the person with
the letter is capable of paying at closing the maximum amount that they
desire to bid. The winning bidder as well as back-up bidder will be
required to sign an Offer to Purchase Real Estate. Any Prospective
Bidder on Real Estate must bring a certified check made to Johnny Swalls
